British Council Romania is looking for enthusiastic collaborators, who enjoy team working and have good customer interaction skills to work as temporary Customer Services Assistant in our Integrated Customer Services team.

The role of these positions is to deliver high quality services to internal and external customers and to project a professional image of the British Council and the UK

Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver frontline, phone, e-mail customer services to internal and external customers as per agreed standards
- To deliver library services (i.e. loans and returns, reservations, renewals, consultancy and reference services, communication to customers) to defined quality standards
- To deliver exams and courses services (i.e. registration, requests handling) to defined quality standards
- To react promptly according to the feedback received from internal and external clients
- To receive and handle British Council revenue in cash or by card. To ensure the confidentiality, accuracy and safety of documents and transactions

CERINTE

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer orientation. Previous experience in Customer Services may be an advantage.
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to influence and to negotiate with third parties
- Proficiency in English
- Computer proficiency required: including MS Office (mandatory), SAP (desirable)
- Ability to perform financial operations according to the required standards
