RESPONSABILITATI

?? To deliver frontline, phone, e-mail customer services to internal and external customers as per agreed standards. Pro-actively cross-sell British Council services to enquirers

?? To deliver library operations (i.e. loans and returns, reservations, renewals, consultancy and reference services, communication to customers) to defined quality standards

?? To deliver exams and courses operations (i.e. registration, requests handling) to defined quality standards

?? To collect feedback from customers and act upon it

?? To receive and handle British Council revenue in cash or by card. To ensure the confidentiality and safety of documents and transactions


CERINTE

Job Requirements:

?? Strong verbal and written communication skills

?? Customer orientation

?? Attention to accuracy and detail

?? Ability to influence and to negotiate with third parties

?? Proficiency in English

?? Computer proficiency required: including MS Office (mandatory), SAP (desirable)
