RESPONSABILITATI

- Assess, monitor and coach telesales staff to ensure team and individual quantitative and qualitative targets are achieved on a consistent basis;
- Monitor conduct and performance within the team and provide solutions for non-performing agents through performance improvement plans;
- Conduct minimum agreed levels of quality checks for all agreed qualitative areas of measurement;
- Initiate changes and constantly looking for new ideas to improve work processes and new strategies;
- Ensure that the team is fully briefed on all campaign objectives and product changes;
- Identify ongoing training and development requirements of all team members and liaise with Training as required;
- Ensure accurate reporting regarding team activity;
- Participate in projects, duties, and other tasks assigned by management;
- Provides feedback to the management team concerning problems or possible areas of improvement;
- Support the management team and contribute toward planning and strategy.


CERINTE

- 3 year banking or other relevant experience
- Managerial experience min 1 year
- Sales expertise
- The ability to motivate people;
- The ability to plan and prioritize own work and other people's;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good organizational skills, attention to details and ability to work under pressure;
- Self confident, positive and proactive attitude;
