RESPONSABILITATI

- Receive customer complaints, analyze them
thoroughly and professionally and provide a solution in
due time in order to maintain customer satisfaction and
retention;
- Ensure that the official company answer is mailed to the
customer (when appropriate, according to the procedures in place) within the standard time frame;
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge about company
services, prices, invoices, technical and other relevant
information or issues;
- Log written complaints, answers and solution offered to the customers;
- Follow-up on pending request procedures

- Strong negotiations skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Capacity to handle multitasks
- MS Office
- Fluency in English
-Customer service telesales/ telemarketing experience would be an advantage
