- Graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in telesales for USA/UK market
- Excellent telephone conversation and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken English/American english
- Fluency in French/another international language is a plus
- MS Office (Excel,Power Point, Word) and Internet knowledge
- Authonomy and initiative
