For one of our clients, a multinational company active in PC manufacturing field, we are looking for Telesales Representative to join its team of professionals in Bratislava.
Handle all inbound call enquiries and persuade new resellers to choose the client as their preferred supplier;
Through outbound call activities grow the reseller account base and grow business in the existing base;
Provide resellers with the latest product information, configuration, pricing information and support them in product selection and transition;
Assist resellers close orders by checking the products' availability and validating pricing;
Deal with any pre and post sales issues – products, pricing, delivery etc.
Achieve individual, team and country revenue targets (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly);
Manage weekly sales forecasts and opportunity management.
University degree;
Previous experience in sales, minimum 1 year;
Computer literacy;
Fluency in written and spoken English, Hungarian is a plus;
Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
