• Provide comprehensive telesales consulting expertise during complex sales opportunities
• Cooperating on the post-sales delivery of private training events and other training projects, acting as OU's
primary customer contact
• Develop specific areas of in depth expertise in addition to maintaining broad awareness of product skills
• Develop comprehensive training plans for customers in order to secure the sale
• Respond to customer requests for proposal or information
• Help maintain ongoing relationships with OU customers and build new relationships as required
• Provide innovative training solutions to address customer requirements, maintaining a current understanding of curriculum, management processes and Oracle products and services
• Comply with Oracle business practices
• Act as trusted advisors to help maintain ongoing relationships with OU customers
• Operate in line with Oracle business practices and procedures
• Work and develop relationships with customers and other Oracle lines of business to drive revenue, maximize
customer service and re-enforce the one global provider approach.
• Cooperate on the preparation and execution of OU marketing campaigns
• Proven telesales experience preferably in an IT or Education environment
• Proven experience working in a key account management role
• Excellent "Business Sense" for evaluating sales opportunities in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Strong sales and marketing skills: needs analysis, positioning, and business justification and closing
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.
• Self-motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of IT education market is advantageous
• Fluency in English plus advanced French/ German/ Czech/ Slovakian/ Nordics
