Based on project specifications main responsibilities will include:
- Handle outgoing calls (Telesales/Telemarketing) and selling products/services/meetings on the phone
- Handle emails or faxes for specific telesales activity;
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system or other customer systems.
-Excellent communication and negociating skills
-Punctuality and ability to multi-task;
-Excellent typing and computer skills (MS Office equired);
-Prior experience in a call-center environment preferred
-Self-motivated and a team player.
-Experience in telephone selling process is a plus
