An ambitious Telesales Representative is required to join a young, ambitious, progressive and driven organisation, which rewards success and place great importance on our sales team. We will support new members of the team with dedicated training and development time to evolve their existing skill set to be successful within our environment.

Job Description

To initiate and drive through the sales process for selling delegates places to potential clients in the region and beyond, through defined, objective driven activity based plans in order to achieve pre-determined revenue and profit targets whilst ensuring relationships are built with new and existing clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- conduct a combination of email based and in-depth telephone based communications with key industry figures to deliver engaging content and commercially strong events;
- invite and confirm executive level delegates from european leading companies;
- create, develop and maintain excellent relationships with these clients through a consultative sales approach and by clearly demonstrating the value of attending our events;
- develop awareness of the conference through your ability to convey value and need;
- become embedded within the content of industry you are working within;
- generate qualified leads through internet research, networking and refferals;
- provide ongoing constructive event feedback to production and marketing team on a regular basis.
- database management – updating records and enhancing data on an ongoing basis;
- consistently maintain a high level of commitment and standard of work.
