• Advanced English speaking and writing skills; "acceptable" is not acceptable
• Willingness to work on afternoon & night shifts, as most of our potential clients are in the USA
• Excellent telephone conversation and listening skills

• Politeness, patience and persuasiveness
• Client oriented.
