The Team Leader will lead a telesales team, having the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to junior members of staff and assistance in complex daily issues
- Supervision of team performance ¿ coach, support and appraise
- Screen and select team members as per customer requirements
- Meet and exceed team Performance Standards & targets.
- Daily relationship with customer¿s leadership team, build and maintain rapport with the customer
- Deliver operational excellence
- Act as point of contact for all process/people related escalations
- Initiate and execute process improvement
- University Graduate or Post Graduate
- At least 2 years previous experience in telesales/order management
- Fluency in English is a must, Dutch or German language is a plus
- Computer literate
- Leadership experience
- Good communication skills
