Handling calls during campaigns addressing existing and potential customers;
Growing the account database and the business through outbound call activities;
Identifying and understanding customer’s needs and tailoring appropriate offers;
Providing clients with the latest product and pricing information;
Assisting the clients by checking the products' availability and validating pricing;
Dealing with any pre and post sales issues – products, pricing, delivery;
Achieving individual and team revenue targets.
University degree;
Computer literacy;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
Previous experience in direct/indirect sales;
