Identifies and registers in the database potential business customers;
Contacts by phone the decision maker and identifies customers’ communication needs;
Qualifies the leads by finding out relevant information (name of decision maker, phone number, turnover, address);
Sets up a meeting between the potential client and a Direct Sales Person;
Promotes Zapp services and products and counsels the customer in order to make an informed choice.
High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
Fluency in English;
Good PC skills (MS Office) and internet user skills;
Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
Relevant experience in client service would be an advantage;
High energy and positive attitude;
Persuasive and pro-active;
Concern for accuracy.
