- Ensuring sales procedures are followed
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Evaluating and developing team members through remote and side by side call quality monitoring
- Ensuring internal communication: Holding team meetings and keeping all agents up-to-date with the project details
- Supporting agents as the first point of referral for client issues
- Performance reporting to senior management


CERINTE

- Previous experience in a call center as a team leader or supervisor
- Minimum 2 years experience in a people management role
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
- Previous experience in performance reporting
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- English language proficiency
