RESPONSABILITATI

To contact businesses in the UK by phone and promote the services;
Listen and respond to questions and objections;
Obtain accurate customer information (especially email addresses, names and telephone numbers);
Follow up click through from the marketing campaign;
Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer;
Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing quality checks on collected data as well as liaising with other departments;
Participate in training and coaching sessions and an approach of continuous learning
Building work relationships with the potential customers

Key Competencies
Language skills: fluent English is essential, other European languages would be of great advantage;
High level of motivation and an ability to deal with rejection;

Education and Experience
Master’s Degree preferable;
Knowledge of Sales principles and methods;
Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices;
Experience of sales or working within a telesales environment;
6 months + experience in a call centre environment;
Ability to grasp new IT applications quickly and simply;
Good keyboard and typing skills
