- Qualify new and already existing customers in the frame of telemarketing campaigns.
- Follow script and provide marketing information to the customers if needed.
- Handle and qualify requests arriving by e-mail.
- Follow-up the sales opportunities with sales force on a regular basis.

Fluency in English
Problem solving /conflict resolution/analytical skills
