- performing cold calling 80% of the time to potential clients, in order to establish meetings and to set up the proper environment for presenting them the Barnett Human Resources services
- filling in the specific software database from our CRM and keeping it up to date in order that the progress can be registered and accounted for
- answering to the management regarding number of phone calls / day, number of meetings established, and in time number of contracts won
- in time, beginning to participate in the creation of client offers and also in the clients meetings, maybe sooner then later
- taking part at the group activities which are compulsory: parties, group events, funerals if the case - we don't wish that, but it can happen, being part of the team at good times and bad times, in a word
