Job description:
- previous call centre experience would be considered a plus;
- you are dynamic and working with a smile;
- you are fluent in Portuguese/Spanish/French
- customer focus and commercial services skills;
- you are willing to develop within the sphere of customer care and support;
- and most of all, you must be career oriented.
The ideal candidate must have:
- excellent command of Portuguese, Spanish and French would be a plus
- individuality, tact, and ability to work directly with international clients;
- strong communication skills.
