- s/he must work in the name of multinational companies (our clients) on the following communication channels: telephone, internet via emails, web- chat;


CERINTE

- very good spoken and written Serbian knowledge;
- previous call centre experience would be considered as a plus;
- good communication and interpersonal skills;
- dynamic, positive and proactive attitude;
- team player and good co- worker;
- willingness to succeed in carrier;
- s/he has to be profficient in spoken and written Serbian;
- English or French would be considered a plus;
- s/he must have a strong sense of responsibility;
- stress resistant is another quality that we value;
- strong communication skills;
- carrier oriented.
