- s/he has to be proficient in spoken and written Dutch/ Finnish/ Swedish/ Norvegian/ Danish;

CERINTE

- excellent spoken and written Dutch/ Finnish/ Swedish/ Norvegian/ Danish knowledge;
- previous call centre experience would be considered as an asset;
