Job description:
- s/he must work in the name of multinational companies (our clients) on the following communication channels: telephone, internet via emails, web- chat;
- s/he has to be proficient in spoken and written Dutch/ Finnish/ Swedish/ Norvegian/ Danish (native speakers is an asset);
- s/he must have a strong sense of responsibility;
- stress resistant is another quality that we value;
- strong communication skills;
- career oriented;
- team player skills.

- previous call centre experience would be considered as a plus;
