Spécialiste du comptage, notre client assure un ensemble de services qui permettent le pilotage des consommations dans les immeubles collectifs : comptage individuel des frais de chauffage dans les immeubles chauffés collectivement, comptage individuel des consommations d’eau, entretien de robinetterie, détecteurs de fumées.
Pour répondre à la demande croissante des clients, on recherche des téléopérateurs pour des missions de réception d’appels.
Missions :
- Réception et gestion des appels entrants;
- Accueil et identification du client dans l'outil de gestion;
- Mise à jour des données clients si besoin;
- Qualification de la demande et recherche des éléments de réponse;
- Transfert des appels si besoin vers les autres services;
- Clôture de l'appel et historisation dans l'outil.
Compétences requises :
- Possédant minimum une diplôme de Baccalauréat, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience dans un poste similaire.
Pour ce poste en relation avec une clientèle française nous recherchons des personnes parfaitement bilingues en français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit et connaissant la culture française.
