RESPONSABILITATI

- Sa consolideze baza de date a companiei;
- Apeleaza prospectii din baza de date si identifica oportunitati de business (generare de leaduri);
- Segmenteaza leadurile si le urmareste in cadrul procesului de vanzare;
- Realizeaza rapoarte saptamanale referitoare la targetul de vanzari;
- Implementeaza cercetari referitoare la gradul de satisfactie al clientilor;
- Ofera feedback/ raspuns la cererile clientilor.


CERINTE

- Minim 1 an experienta intr-un departament specializat in Marketing Relational, Telemarketing, Direct Marketing sau intr-un Call Center;
- Experienta intr-o companie furnizoare de solutii software poate fi un avantaj;
- Cunostinte avansate de operare PC;
- Cunostinte operare Siebel constituie un avantaj;
- Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza;
- Abilitati de lucru in echipa;
- Atitudine responsabila si proactiva fata de munca;
- Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare.
