RESPONSABILITATI

• Collaborates with direct sales team – identifies new potential clients in order to establish leads for direct sales force.
• Makes daily phone calls in order to facilitate appointments for Key Account Managers and Corporate Sales Representatives; promotes Zapp products and services related to each client’s profile.
• Develops and administers a potential clients’ database related to market segmentation; continually prospects and qualifies a database of customers.
• Gets relevant information about potential clients.
• Interacts with Activation department in order to follow the closed sales contracts and/or to find out any issue related to the activation process.


CERINTE

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer knowledge;
• Very good command of English;
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to plan and organize activities; to set priorities;
• Ability to identify and solve problems; ability to make evaluative judgments;
• Ability to identify selling opportunities;
• Ability to focus on details;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, dynamic, enthusiastic; negotiation skills, a business approach and a positive attitude
