- Prospect potential customers, asses their communication needs and introduce the company’s services over the phone;
- Understand potential customer's profile, able to listen and take feed-back, building rapport with them as part of the sale process;
- Present the major advantages and benefits of the services, handling objections, close the sales;
- Excellent self-organization, including to schedule the working time, calls and contacts;
- Follow up on scheduled appointments with customers.
-College student or graduate;
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales;
- Must posses excellent telephone conversation and listening skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English, American English being a plus;
- Working knowledge of Excel & Word and the Internet;
- Persuasive sales ability, autonomy and initiative;
- Ability to work well and maintain focus on key areas on constant basis under pressure;
- Drive, energetic and enthusiastic.
