RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for reliable operation of the Voice infrastructure, including AVAYA IP 406 PBX, Vocalcom end-to-end solution, digital and
analogue phones
- Participates in operation and development of Network infrastructure, ensures feasibility of new systems from Voice perspective
- Utilize System Monitoring solutions to ensure proactive prevention against system failures
- Participates in planning and execution of system development projects
- Provides IT support for the implementation of various telephony-related projects by the company


CERINTE

University degree - Telecommunications Strong and reliable technical knowledge covering the following technologies/products:
- LAN / WAN
- VoIP, ISDN, E1
Experience in Call Center operations is a plus - customer focus oriented
A strong advantage would be the knowledge of AVAYA PBXes and Vocalcom solutions
English - advanced level Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure
