Managing the assigned customer group(s) service business platform and improve the customer relationship & satisfaction. Take the responsibility to exploring the service sales opportunities and organize necessary resources to achieve the service sales target. Other involved routine works are service bidding, marketing intelligence, competitor analysis, contract negotiation, etc.
- Be responsible for developing and building the overall service business infrastructure surrounding the assigned customer group;
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining a service-related customer relationship platform; organize and participate in customer interface
guidance prior to the bidding, customer communication, exceptions handling, and service reports; and give support to the development of all service business;
- Be responsible for the service sales target with the assigned customer group(s), exploring all service sales opportunities and arrange sales resources to fulfill service sales order.
- Be responsible for customer requirement exploring & analysis, marketing intelligence and competitor analysis;
- Be responsible for the operation, coordination and management of key service activities & events, such as Workshop, Meeting, Forum, etc.
- University degree of telecommunications engineering, computer science or above.
- Working on telecom industry for 3 years at least, account manager, service account manager or service sales experience is preferred;
-Knowledgeable in the telecommunication, and wireless network knowledge is preferred.
-Knowledgeable in commercial, financial area.
-Ability to work independently and to build up and remain good customer relations.
-Good Communication skills, skilled in English and ability to work in teams.
-Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
-Must be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
