This job consists of supporting 24/7 either from the office (during business hours) or remotly (via phone) the customers that have telecom grade platforms deployed. On-site interventions may also be required 24/7.
¿ University degree, IT&C background compulsory (either university or work experience)
¿ 1+ year experience in a similar support position
¿ Very good knowledge of UNIX Systems and scripting languages
¿ Very good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
¿ Knowledge of SS7 Networks (CAMEL , INAP, ISUP)
¿ Knowledge of VoIP (architecture, software, protocols, codecs)
¿ Very good command of English (speaking and writing)
¿ Driving license
