- Initiation of the project by estimating resource requirements;
- Planning the projects: duration, cost, procurement requirements, risk management plan, schedule plan, budget, communication plan, quality assurance plan, obtain project plan approval;
- Control the projects during execution, complete work pakages, identify and report risk occurred and propose plan adjustments;
- Closing the project: financial closure, product verification, obtain formal acceptance, update all the records, issue the lessons report, do the project documents archiving.
- University degree in \"Electronics and Telecommunications\" or equivalent;
- Relevant working experience in Project Management;
- relevant experience in the telecommunications field;
- very good knowledge of the GSM, TDMA, FRAME RELAY, PDH, ATM, SDH, Mobil radio, RF, microwave systems equipments;
- CCNA, CCNP it¿s a plus;
- very good personal skills;
- ability to meet deadlines
- very good command in English (German is a plus)
