- Responsible for qualifying, evaluating, promoting and management of the subcontractors, in the Telecommunication project, based on the service procurement strategy;
- Hunting for the resource of subcontractors, making cost analysis and risk management, in the phase of project bidding;
- Organizing implementation and management of Procurement of Works. Choosing the right subcontractors or suppliers. Contract negotiation & subcontractor selection;
- Gathering the relevant information in the subcontracting industry, which provides the ground for making service procurement strategy and cost analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or above in procurement or telecommunication area;
- 2+ years experience in procurement and supplier management field is preferred;
- 2+ years experience in telecommunication engineering implementation is preferred;
- A good team player with good communication skills;
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading & writing;
- Good computer skills at MS Office, such as WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint.
