Install, configure and test company's turnkey (bundled hardware and software) products
Conduct Training to instruct the customers how to use the products
Work with product support specialists to resolve installation and quality problems
Required expertise:
- Work experience in telecom domain
- Experience with Unix (Solaris of HP-UX) server-side system administration tools and shell scripting
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skill
Preferred expertise:
- Hands-on experience in developing call-processing and messaging applications in GSM/GPRS
- Thorough knowledge of MAP, ISUP, IN, CAMEL, Network Elements such as HLR, VLR, SMSC, GMSC
Note: Job involves international travel for project implementations
