RESPONSABILITATI

- asigurarea service-ului pentru echipamentele de birou (copiatoare, imprimante) comercializate de companie
- executare operatiuni de instalare, mentenanta, depanare si verificare preventiva a echipamentelor la sediul clientului
- livrare de consumabile si piese de schimb
- asigurarea suport tehnic si consultanta pentru echipa de vanzari, inainte si pe parcursul procesului de vanzare
- asigurarea de consultanta post-vanzare pentru client
- urmarirea incasarii facturilor emise catre clienti
