- Air Conditioning / ventilation and heating systems
- Plumber and draining systems
- Safety and Security systems
Representing the interests of the employer in contacts with internal and external clients.
Maintenance of buildings.
Coordinating the work of subordinates.
Direct supervision of the work of subcontractors.
Direct cooperation with the Superior aimed at performing tasks connected with maintaining the technical infrastructure of buildings.
Maintenance of equipment and technical installations which ensures continuity of their operation and
extends their lifespan.
Operation of integrated systems of building management.
Repairing failures and defects or informing the Superior about the need to call a service team.
Carrying out planned inspections and supervising the timely performance of inspections of equipment and installations in the buildings.
Preparing reports on inspections and service reports on service work and additional works.
Informing the Technical Manager of the need to introduce changes to technical documentation, immediately after a change has been made in the technical infrastructure of the building.
Supervising the work of external service providers in the dependent buildings on behalf of HTFMPL. Performing additional works delegated by the Superior as part of the contract / Customer service.
Monitoring and compiling an inventory of spare parts and consumable materials for the building and requesting the Superior to make purchases
