Job expirat
- Answers to the user calls either via phone or E-mail, and register calls into the monitoring tool, currently Remedy software;
- Ensures first-level technical support to the users;
- Provides the support needed in identification, isolation and resolution of problems reported;
- Identifies the competency of the call and redirects it, if needed to second-level support staff;
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the internal standard desktop hardware and software in order to be capable to supply the service level requested.

- University or high school degree (in computer science);
- Good knowledge of hardware equipments, Microsoft Windows operating system;
- Basic network knowledge;
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in German;
- Calm, high tolerance to stress and the ability to be persuasive.
- Ability of learning and adjusting to new hardware and software standards.
