RESPONSABILITATI

SCOPE:

Reports to TGB Sales Director
Leads a small team
Works in a designated industry (Industrial companies) on a defined set of customers and accounts
Works to identify all organisations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their designated industry space focusing on a smaller targeted number that has a specific value proposition and sales engagement activity
Works with appropriate Oracle Partners
Works with other Lines of Business (LOBs)
Works towards an allocated Licence Sales Revenue target


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Win new licence sales revenue in line with targets
Develop strategy and sales plan to address the designated industry sector (Industrial companies)
Generate and follow up on leads, qualify leads and prioritise opportunities
Deliver and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations
Developing profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector
Establish and maintain contractual agreements between Oracle and the Customers
Maintain contact with accounts through application/technology implementation
Define/Create appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions and communicate the benefits of these to the market
Drive implementation of sales and marketing campaigns, marshalling internal and Partner resources Identify and work with appropriate people in Oracle and at the Customer
Facilitate and nurture Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle
Work with, and influence activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate
Maintain awareness of Partner Competence and capability
Maintain understanding of Oracle's strategic direction and interpret its relevance to the industry sector
Maintain awareness of Oracle's current and future application/technology products and services
Maintain understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector
Attend Industry forums

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage a sales team, providing direction, leadership and motivation
Acting as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and customers
Building effective working relationships with key clients and Oracle's Sales Management
Work with the Regional Director to allocate accounts and territories to appropriate people and communicate targets as required
Set objectives and review the performance of individuals and take action to ensure targets are met as required
Support, coach and mentor individual’s in achievement of their personal development needs
Recruit and induct new team members as required
Support specific sales opportunities either coaching individuals involved or acting directly as an executive sponsor


QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years experience in the IT industry or vertical market
2-3 years sales experience
Experience in Channels/Partner cooperation
Track record of working with Industrial companies
Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes
Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
Effective sales and project management skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Master's Degree
Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment
Good English skills (written and spoken)
