We are looking for individuals who are able to bring their expertise within the IT Recruitment market, or people who are willing to take up the challenge to develop their expertise in this field.
The role is focused on sourcing potential candidates and working with the Consultants to deliver relevant resourcing solutions for a variety of different assignments.
What you will be doing on a daily basis:
- Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking, and proactive search;
- Evaluating and assessing of candidates according to the profile specifications;
- Conducting candidate pre-screening and interviewing (both telephone and face to face) where appropriate;
- Client research – gathering names, contacts, and corporate information etc. as requested;
- Ensuring that all deadlines and service delivery expectations are met and adhered to;
- Proactively researching and understanding the local IT & C / Technology recruitment market, including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bandings and potential opportunities;
- Ensuring that Bond Adapt (database) is updated with all information relating to clients and candidates.
Required skills you will need:
- 1 year's worth of IT-related experience
- 3-9 months' worth of IT recruitment an advantage
- Solid IT background, this should be your hobby!
- Basic understanding of business organization and knowledge of different functions in the organization;
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical skills that enable you to assess and advise on recruitment issues;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
