Reporting to technology manager for the South-East European region (Greece, Romania and Cyprus) and dotted to the IT Manager in Star Foods Romania, the position will be responsible for the all the activity related to the technology infrastructure (end user computing, networks, data center and help desk) for Star Foods Romania. The position will also lead the security agenda for the South-East European region.
Specific accountabilities are:
- smooth and reliable day by day operations in all the technology platforms (PC, PDA, mobile and fixed phones, servers, data center facilities, network);
- policy and standards: assure that standards and policies are in place;
- help desk: call management, problem management, asset management, PC build, administration tasks;
- technology projects: lead the implementation of local technology initiatives in Star Foods Romania, as well as support regional initiatives implementation in Star Foods;
- technology support for business projects: supporting the business projects on the specific tasks related to technology infrastructure;
- people management: manage a team of 3 people, including recruitment, development, training, promotion, etc.;
- security lead for the South-East European region: coordinate all the security related activity for Greece, Romania and Cyprus, as well as keep the security levels on PepsiCo target.
English is a must and good technical skills and 4-5 years experience in Star Foods platforms (Windows, SQL server, Intel platforms, WAN and LAN networks) are required.
