- Coordinating the elaboration of technological / chemical processes for Isotherm sandwich panels;
- Elaborating the procedures, work instructions and data sheets necessary for correct steering of technological process;
- Elaborating and implementing of technology for Isotherm sandwich panels manufacturing for the needs of Production Technical Preparation (TTP) and its update;
- Supervision over chemical processes during sandwich panels production process according to Ruukki procedures;
- Supervising update of materials while production process
- Organizing and supervision over testing the new raw materials used for sandwich panels production with particular consideration of liquid chemical raw materials;
- Introduction of changes in technology based on construction documentation (Construction changes card) and changed in pro-duction process steering;
- Systematic increase of professional skills within using new technologies of sandwich panels production, technical progress and computer service;
- Collecting and elaborating of data on technologic process flow;
- Cooperating with other departments employees on a correct preparation and realization of technological process;
- Coordinate and motivate a team of 16 persons.
- University degree (chemical / technical)
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a similar position in a manufacturing company of chemical profile – polyure-thanes;
- Good command of English language;
- Knowledge of technical drawing and measuring devices;
- Good organization of work;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Decision making in emergency situations;
- Communication skills, open-minded, engagement, availability;
- Computer knowledge;
- Resistance to stress;
- Driving licence.
