- Works with Software Development;
- Gathers information from the internal development documentation and convert it to a form easy to understand for customers;
- Document software interface, provide feedback of the system usability;
- Writing product documentation, including conceptual overviews, procedures, and reference material;
- Collecting, analyzing, and organizing source material;
- Producing documentation regarding the entire suite of RADCOM products;
- Interact with software engineers in order to get feedback on what areas of the software must be better documented;
- Research on and use the latest market trends to provide best formal and information documentation.
- Degree in IT related, English, Journalism, or equivalent field;
- 2-3 years of experience in writing user and technical documentation for software products;
- Strong knowledge of computer terms and Internet related terminology;
- English:advance level(written and spoken),certifications are considered a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Client oriented;
- Has initiative;
- Fast learner.
