The Technical Writer position, within the Web Development Department, involves carrying out the documentation for different web applications, such as public internet page, but for many internal projects (CRM, Intranet, etc.) or e-commerce applications (section access partners, online store). The candidate must describe clearly and briefly, both in technical terms as accurate and detailed. In addition, the candidate will need to test the functionality of applications according to documentation and, finally, create manuals for use.
* The ability to assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner;
* Excellent English language skills;
* Strong writing and editing skills;
* Strong logical thinking skills;
* Excellent communication and organization skills;
* Experience with EXCEL, WORD, VISIO, Power Point is required;
* Experience with user manuals is a plus;
* Knowledge about technical aspects of web applications is a plus.
