Writing product documentation, including conceptual overviews, procedures, and reference material;
Collecting, analyzing, and organizing source material;
Collects data to compile reports on program/project progress, as well as manage short term projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Functional maintenance of SharePoint /Project Server for CIO including adding new projects for the CIO, closing projects, providing access, solving access problems and coordinating with IT Operations on SharePoint issues
A working level understanding of business process development and implementation desired
Basic knowledge of Service Management processes and IT Infrastructure
Good MS Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Server skills
University degree in computer science or similar
