Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Design and carry out technical training plans for both internal clients (employees) and external clients (Distributor's Sales Reps, construction workers, partners etc);
- Carry out technical presentations to specialists (e.g. Architects, big construction companies, construction engineers etc);
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of trainings;
-Control and follow up the training budget.
-University degree;
- 2-5 years training experience;
- Very good presentation skills;
- Sound project management skills linked with effective communication and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple activities;
- Availability for extensive travelling and clean driving liecence
