For our international METRO-Group-wide Portal- and Archiving as well as Scanning Solutions we are looking for a Technical Second Level Supporter.
Responsibilies:
- ticket analysis and dispatching from our international customers;
- problem and root cause analysis as well as specifications for bugfixing;
- be in contact with the First Level Support at the customer and act as single point of contact.
You are responsible for:
- Problem identification
- Problem classification
- Problem analysis and solution
- Problem dispatching (routing) to responsible Third Level Support organization units
As well as for:
- Targeted support including information of organizational units
- Problem/ incident reporting with trend analysis
As a perspective support and deployment tasks in international deployment projects for rollout and deployment of our solutions is an option.
- Successfully completed course of studies in Computer Science, Information Technology or an education in a comparable area.
- 2 years of job experience
- Ideally in Archiving solutions e.g. IBM Filenet, SAP Content Server as well as Scanning Solutions e.g. IBM Filenet Capture and Brainware Capture
- Good English language skills
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Analytical and result oriented thinking
- Customer and service orientation
