RESPONSABILITATI

The Technical Support Specialist is technically responsible for implementing our solution to different customers and offers support to our clients via mail, live chat, phone.


CERINTE

* Sound knowledge of English and Russian (both writing and speaking)
* General experience with at least one web programming language PHP, MySQL
* Previous customer care experience (software technical support represents a plus)
* Good knowledge of Javascript/HTML/ CSS/JQuery
* Proactive, client oriented, excellent communication skills
