RESPONSABILITATI

ISG Personnel Management Romania is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for his client, a multinational company in building automation field.


Responsibilities:
 Technical system-, planning- and product-support and consultation of customers, potential customers and designers
 Search and analyse comprehensive information about markets and competitors
 Organize and provide product trainings
 Technical customer support within inside sales
 Generate planning and specification documents according to valid regulations
 Create proposals under consideration of relevant techniques and regulations
 Tracking of proposals and projects
 Entry of project statistics into the IT system OMP/Navision (CRM)
 Technical and commercial examination and clarification of orders
 Support the sales representatives with technical issues in the field
 Negotiations with customers on-site with replacement actions
 Support of special product assignments

CERINTE

Profile:
 Technical degree with commercial skills
 Knowledge of revelant regulations (VdS, VDE etc.)
 Product and IT-knowledge
 Strong customer focus
 Excellent communication skills
 Willingness to travel
 Good technical and commercial command of English


Interfaces:
 Headquarter Vienna: Order Processing, International Sales Support, Head of Trainer, Product Manager und Marketing
 Sales/Sales Representatives national and international within the EE organization
 Outside of Honeywell to customers, potential customers and designers
