CERINTE

Technical skills:
- Networking knowledge: subnetworking, routing and routed protocols, hierarchical network design principles, VLAN, VTP, STP, ACL, PPP, Frame Relay
- Database Administration: SQL/ORACLE
- Unix - System administration (bonus AIX, HP-UX)
Soft skills:
- Communication skills
- Customer care / support experience
- At least one foreign language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) besides English
- Troubleshooting skills
- Patience
