• Branded and predominantly based in the field or working from home
• Spend 70% of their time with dealers and customers
• Dealer Service Standards: Implement and follow up with Service Team (technician quality and training, tools, ASIST usage, brand identification)
• Technical support process facilitation and escalation to TSM of exceptions (specific customer issues)
• Coaching of dealers with their use of ASIST and general service business, organisation and profitability. Encourage dealers to implement best practices
• Plan and organise operator training together with the dealer and external trainer
• Support dealers with Service Marketing and Customer Care initiatives
• Communication and implementation of Service Excellence initiatives
• Dealer Warranty auditing and process improvement, supported by TSM
• Warranty and Policy claim administration / authorisation
• Campaign tracking and completion for territory, supported by TSM
• Validation of critical technical support requests from dealers and escalation to Technical Service Specialists
Required
• Technical Education
• Knowledge of Mechanics, Hydraulics and Electrics
• Technical knowledge/experience of Agricultural Machinery (Tractors, Combines)
• Knowledge of MS- Windows / Office Applications
• Field experience
Preferred
• Driver licence
• Fully availability to travel on frequently basis (Romania and Bulgaria)
