•Responding promptly to any emails, messages or tickets from affiliates needing support, ranging from basic questions such as content location on the affiliate program to assisting with more complicated projects such as redesigning affiliate websites;
•Liaising with programmers and designers for more complicated affiliate projects, and following up with these affiliates to ensure that they are fully updated on the progress of the project;
•To have a full understanding of the affiliate’s needs to ensure that this is communicated clearly to the designers and programmers;
•To make initial contact with new affiliates and help with any start-up issues they might have;
•To come up with ideas for new promotional material that could be developed for affiliates;
•To monitor the success of different promotional materials to see which is the most successful for affiliates.
•Basic PHP understanding (Be able to read and understand basic PHP in templates);
•Functional HTML/CSS/Javascript understanding;
•Experience in wordpress or other blogging softwares is a plus;
•English is a must.
•German is a plus.
•Several years of internet experience.
