CERINTE

- Fluency and English and in German/ other European Language
- MCSE certified mandatory
- 2 years experience in Help desk/Technical Support domain
- Prior experience with computer and hard drive installations
- Information Technology Systems Support preferred ( software, hardware, or databases systems
- Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling wide variety of products
-Experienced interfacing with corporate and enterprise kind of accounts
