ISG Personnel Management is looking for his client, a leading producer of Aluminum systems from Greece, member of an International Group, to appoint for its subsidiary in Bucharest a Technical Manager.
The purpose of the position is the complete technical evaluation and support of contractors in installation of aluminum systems in projects, according to the quality specifications of our company, as well as, international standards. Reporting to the Company’s Administrator, the successful candidate should:
• Analyze and design proposals, using specialized software for aluminum system application in construction projects
• Advice and train fabricators in the effective application of the company’s aluminum systems
• Propose the development of country-specific aluminum systems
• Introduce New Products in co-ordination with the R&D departments of the Group.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Engineering and/or architectural background with a degree from University or Technical Institute
• Previous experience in the field is a must. Ideally, in an aluminum supplier’s or leading fabricator’s technical department
• Good command of the English language is a must
• Knowledge of design computer systems (AUTOCAD or similar) is a big plus
• Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment
• Creativity and imagination – Matching technical with commercial philosophy
